PHD is seeking a senior media leader to manage key client relationships and oversee planning and investment teams in Auckland. You will shape client success through strong media fundamentals, strategic planning, and a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.

This role targets those looking to advance from director or associate director into a broader leadership position. You will drive integrated planning, nurture senior client partnerships, and elevate revenue, profitability and forecast

Qualifications

• 6+ years' media planning and buying experience in an agency setting.
• Proven success leading senior client relationships and growing partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue, profitability, and forecasting experience.
• Exceptional leadership with a passion for coaching and developing talent.

The Opportunity

You will lead key client relationships, oversee planning and investment teams, and play a critical role in shaping client success. We're looking for someone who combines strong media fundamentals and strategic planning capability with curiosity, a passion for great work, and the drive to make a meaningful impact.

You might currently be an Account Director, Business Manager, or emerging Associate Business Director looking for your next step.
