Job summary

Mount Roskill Grammar School is seeking an Assistant Head of Department - Maths to lead a large Mathematics department. You will bring passion for leadership, teaching and learning with strong curriculum knowledge. Experience with restorative practice and a focus on Māori, Pasifika and MEAR achievement are valued. Please include your CV, teacher registration and referees.

Starts Term 1 2027. Applicants should provide evidence of experience and specialist subject area.

Mount Roskill Grammar School is looking for an Assistant Head of Department - Maths, to join our large and exciting Mathematics department.

You will need to bring your passion and enthusiasm for leadership, teaching and learning. We are seeking a leader with strong knowledge of your Curriculum area. Experience with Teaching to the North East and Restorative practice are valuable. The ability to work in a way that is reflective, supportive, collaborative, student centred, with a focus on Māori, Pasifika and MEAR (Middle Eastern, African and Refugee) achievement are important.
