Job summary

Bendon Limited at Westgate seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a vibrant retail team. You will support the Store Manager on daily operations, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service and store standards.

With retail and apparel experience and BRA-FIT certification, you will drive merchandising, stock processing, and KPI achievement while delivering personalised fittings and a welcoming shopping experience. A 12-week induction and clear career growth paths await.

Qualifications

• Retail and apparel experience is required.
• Ability to train and coach your team daily.
• BRA-FIT certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager on all operational aspects and manage the team on the Store Manager's RDOs.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive merchandising, stock processing, and loss prevention to achieve KPIs.
• Provide personalised service and fittings to customers throughout the journey.

Ready to level up your retail career? Our Westgate store is looking for its next Assistant Store Manager.

40 hours per week | Sunday to Thursday roster

• Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
• Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
• Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
• Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
