Bendon Westgate is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our Westgate store in Auckland. You’ll be second-in-charge, lead the team, and ensure every fitting and interaction helps women feel confident.

This is a 40-hour week with a Sunday-Thursday roster. You’ll receive a 12-week induction, incentives, development opportunities, birthday leave, and staff discounts as part of our support for your retail career.

• Step in as second-in-charge and run the store on the Store Manager's RDOs
• Coach and support your team to perform at their best
• Get BRA-FIT certified and help customers find a life-changing fit
• Deliver a warm, welcoming, confidence-boosting customer experience
• Handle key store operations including stock, merchandising, loss prevention, and hitting KPIs
