Full Tank Group Limited is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our TANK Cuba Street store in Wellington CBD. You’ll support the Store Manager, lead a small team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in cafe/retail supervisory roles.

We are looking for a customer service superstar and commercially savvy Assistant Store Manager to assist in overseeing the day to day running of TANK Cuba Street in Wellington CBD.

You must have eligibility to work in NZ and be available to work flexibly throughout the week
Full-time/Perm Role - Assistant Store Manager
Approx hours per week - 30 - 35 hours

As Assistant Store Manager, you work well under pressure, have the ability to work side-by-side with the Store Manager to become the trusted 2IC and you are confident to lead the team while the Store Manager is away.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• You have strong communication skills
• You are passionate about customer service - you love talking to people!
• You pride yourself on your work ethic, working well independently and in a team.
• Previous management experience working in a cafe, restaurant, or food service business, or a fast-paced retail environment
