TANK Napier is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily operations and lead the team in the Store Manager's absence.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, ensuring exceptional guest experience and efficient store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

You must have eligibility to work in NZ and be available to work flexibly throughout the week

Full-time/Perm Role - Assistant Store Manager

Approx hours per week - 35 hours

As Assistant Store Manager, you work well under pressure, have the ability to work side-by-side with the Store Manager to become the trusted 2IC and you are confident to lead the team while the Store Manager is away.

• Previous management experience working in a cafe, restaurant, or food service business, or a fast-paced retail environment
