Job summary

Dotti is seeking an Assistant Manager in Auckland to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering a premium customer experience. This 36 hours per week role focuses on coaching and developing the team while maintaining brand standards.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring strong leadership and communication skills, and have prior retail management experience to help achieve store KPIs and stock control targets.

ABOUT THE JOB

This 36 hours per week role is for our next Assistant Manager, who will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a genuine service experience for every Dotti customer. You will also have:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong leadership and good communication skills
• Previous management experience, preferably in retail
• Ability to motivate the team and drive brand standards
• Ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
