Job summary

We seek an educator who is an outstanding and reflective practitioner. The Assistant Principal's role will help shape the culture, systems, teaching and learning programmes in our ten classroom junior syndicate. As a leader, they will support and empower our existing team of outstanding teachers. They will also play a significant role within the senior leadership

Strengths and interests in literacy, play-based learning and enabling children to get the most positive experience entering school are desired.

For next year, this position has a teaching component of 0.65FTTE in a Year 2 class.
