Aufgaben

• Assist the Outlet Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operations, maintaining established service standards and stepping in when the Outlet Manager is absent.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, venue and hotel policies, and health and safety requirements, including reporting incidents and hazards.
• Handle, record and report guest complaints with tact, urgency and genuine care.
• Create and manage rosters, and monitor overtime, leave and breaks so financial and service targets are achieved.
• Lead, train and develop the Food and Beverage team, supporting recruitment, performance appraisals and training records.
• Drive a sales culture through up-selling strategies, while controlling departmental expenses within set targets.
