Job summary

You will lead seasonal teams for thinning, harvesting, pruning; perform quality checks; operate tractors and other machinery; manage young trees and irrigation; support staff welfare and safety; and handle tasks essential to orchard operations.

Responsibilities

• Running seasonal teams for thinning, harvesting, and pruning
• Quality Control Checks
• Communicating and supporting co-workers with English as a second language
• Tractor spraying
• Operating and maintaining other machinery and equipment
• Young tree and irrigation management
• Hail Net Machine Operator
• Sheep Work
• Staff Welfare Health & Safety Representative
• Any other duty relevant to the successful operation of the orchard that may be required
