Job summary

KiwiQuest seeks an experienced orchard supervisor to lead 15–20 staff through seasonal thinning and harvest operations at a Canterbury farm, reporting to the Orchard Manager.

You will coordinate day-to-day tasks, ensure safety and efficiency, use computer systems as required, and oversee progress across mid-October to mid-April. NZ visa required; competitive hourly rate NZ$27–$30 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous orchard experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfort with computer systems and software.
• Valid New Zealand work visa.
• Fixed-term seasonal work from approximately mid-October to mid-April.
• Opportunity to supervise a sizeable orchard team.
