Job summary

Foodstuffs NZ in Dunedin is seeking a responsible Assistant Nightfill Manager (2IC) for a full-time role to lead our busy Nightfill team, ensuring efficient shelves and smooth nightly operations.

You will manage staff, plan and evaluate department activities, promote safety, deliver customer-focused service, and drive productivity while developing staff and enforcing policies.

We are on the look-out for a responsible, friendly and highly motivated person with a great team attitude to lead our busy Nightfill team in Full-Time role. No two days will be the same! Our Nightfill team is fast paced and committed to making sure our customers have an easy shopping experience.

Our successful applicant will:

• Accomplish department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities.
