Job summary

PAK’nSAVE Blenheim is seeking an experienced Night Fill Manager to lead the night shift, ensuring shelves across Dry Goods are stocked to the highest standards. You will plan, organise, and manage the night fill operation and drive efficiency while keeping within wage budgets.

This is a permanent full-time role reporting to the Dry Goods Manager, with responsibilities including rostering, training, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• NZQF level 5 qualification or 3 years relevant work experience.
• Sound SAP and Excel capabilities to achieve supermarket financial KPI’s.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in retail or supermarket.
• Strong IT skills – confident with spreadsheets and systems.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and maintain Health & Safety standards.

PAK’nSAVE Blenheim is looking for an experienced Night Fill Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, organising, and managing the night fill operation across our Dry goods departments. Your work will ensure our shelves are consistently stocked and presented to the highest standard, helping us deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• An NZQF level 5 qualification or 3 years relevant work experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in retail or supermarket
• Strong IT skills – confident with spreadsheets and systems

• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
• Commitment to Health & Safety and team wellbeing

Preferred:

• Inventory control experience
• First Aid Certificate
