GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a proactive Merchandise Co-ordinator to help plan and execute catalogue and promotional activity. You will support the Merchandise team with accurate pricing, product details and timely campaigns, while building strong supplier relationships.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring keen attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.

The Role And You

Playing an integral part in the coordination of category related collateral, this fast-paced role reports directly to a Merchandise Manager and ensures that promotional plans are executed accurately and optimised to drive sales growth. You’ll know you’re the right person for the role if you have a resilient, tenacious personality, you thrive in a fast-paced role, have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and you love the challenge of meeting defined deadlines. Able to work with set objective and set information, and yet still be able to find a way around information that may sometimes seem ambiguous, you’ll rely on your problem-solving skills, asking questions along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate catalogue and promotional activity from planning through to execution
• Review and proof catalogue content to ensure accuracy of pricing, product information and promotional offers
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure critical catalogue and campaign deadlines are met
• Assist with promotional planning and campaign administration
• Analyse sales and promotional performance data
• Prepare reports and presentations to support category decision-making
• Maintain accurate product and promotional information across systems
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Merchandise team.
