• Lead the delivery and management of curriculum and assessment.
• Undertake the role of Principal's Nominee.
• Oversee the NCEA Scholarship Programme.
• Lead the SCT (Senior Curriculum Team).
• Supervise teacher trainees.
• Manage professional development initiatives.
• Lead the Professional Growth Cycle.
• Support Heads of Department alongside the Deputy Headmaster Academics.
• Role includes a teaching component.
