Genuine Parts Company in Auckland is seeking a branch supervisor to support the Branch Manager, drive sales, and foster a positive team culture on the shop floor. You will deliver exceptional customer service, advise on products, and help implement new initiatives to improve branch performance.
The role requires previous leadership experience in retail or a related trade, plus strong communication and attention to detail.

The Role:
In this role you will report to the Branch Manager and be their eyes and ears on the shop floor. You will help to introduce new initiatives into the branch and be a key point of contact for both customers and team members. In addition to this, you will uphold customer service standards on a daily basis and assist them in finding the best product to meet their needs. Specific duties include:
