Job summary

Asset Recruitment – Hamilton, North Island, is seeking multiple Assemblers/Production Members for a 3 to 6‑month assignment in Hamilton. The role is based in our electronic assembly environment, with a 40-hour week and a dedicated late shift from 2:45pm to 11:15pm.

Ideal candidates have good dexterity, strong English comprehension, and reliable work ethics. Prior assembly or computer-related experience is helpful but not required; successful applicants must pass standard checks and

Our client has an exciting new project launching, and we are looking for multiple Assemblers / Production Members to join the team.
Based in Hamilton, this is a great opportunity for enthusiastic individuals keen to step into (or return to) the electronic assembly environment.

About the Role

This is a 3 to 6-month assignment. We aim to fill these roles quickly.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
Shift: strictly2:45pm – 11:15pm

Duties include:

• Electronic assembly
• Soldering
• Using hand tools and small equipment

About You

You will bring:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good dexterity and hand–eye coordination
• Clear communication and solid English comprehension
• Good eyesight for fine-detail work
• Good physical fitness as this role involves being on your feet, twisting, bending and lifting
• Previous electronic assembly or computer-related experience (advantageous but not essential)

These roles are hands-on and require individuals who are fit, strong, and able to perform repetitive tasks with precision.

• Have current eligibility to work in NZ
• Successfully complete all standard employment checks
• Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
