Qualifications

• CA qualification with 5+ years’ experience in a CA accounting environment.
• Strong technical capability with well-developed financial reporting skills across income tax, GST and FBT.
• Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships and demonstrates leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for a portfolio of clients.
• Review work prepared by team members for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage client compliance requirements efficiently and proactively.
• Deliver business advisory services including tax planning, management reporting, valuations and due diligence.
• Mentor, coach and train staff; support team development.
• Contribute to firm culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
