Fulton Hogan is seeking an Ashburton Branch Manager to lead a 45-person team and drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations across the branch and wider Canterbury region. You’ll shape performance, culture and customer outcomes with a low-ego, high-expectation approach.

You’ll oversee strategic actions, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure the branch delivers Good Work now and into the future.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a management role within infrastructure and construction or related industry.
• Proven ability to lead people and business performance across a complex operational environment.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability.
• Ability to develop and deliver strategic actions aligned to regional and business goals.
• Collaborative leadership style with strong relationship-building with customers, stakeholders and teams.
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent would be an advantage.
