Job summary

Baxter is hiring in Auckland for a Compounding Technician on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will join a team manufacturing chemotherapy, antibiotics and nutrition products for hospitals, with full training provided.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a cleanroom, and physical capability to lift up to 10 kg. Training will be provided and there is potential for extension or permanent roles.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail is required for aseptic production.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow GMP SOPs.
• Good basic maths and arithmetic for accurate measurements.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare raw materials for compounding.
• Aseptically compound sterile solutions or syringes.
• Pack finished units and inspect products prior to dispatch.
• Label and dispatch prepared products to meet orders.
• Ensure documentation complies with GMP and SOPs.
• Receive full training and work with site trainers until proficient.
