Job summary

Firth Industries in Wellington is seeking an experienced regional operations leader to drive performance across multiple sites within the region. You’ll lead capable teams, partner with customers and contractors, and shape safety, quality and service outcomes.

To succeed you’ll bring senior leadership experience in logistics, manufacturing or industrial operations, strong budget and people leadership skills, and a collaborative style that builds trust and engagement across dispersed teams.
