Job summary

Lorna Jane is seeking an Area Manager to lead 8 stores across Auckland and the wider North Island. You’ll own results, targets and KPIs, and back Store Leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and standout visual merchandising.

Your weeks balance admin planning with four days on the road in stores, working with your team to drive revenue and develop high-performing staff, while ensuring shrink and wage controls.

Qualifications

• Genuine multi-site retail leadership experience — you've already led more than one store.
• Extensive sales management background and strong commercial acumen
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Sharp planning, time management and data-driven decision-making
• A current driver's licence and genuine willingness to travel across your portfolio
• Nothing holds you back — flexible, adaptable and ready for the challenge of a role that moves fast
• Genuine flexibility to work some weekends, as events with your Community Manager come to life outside standard hours

Responsibilities

• Own the results, targets and KPIs across your portfolio, backing your Store Leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and standout visual merchandising.
• Drive sales and ensure efficient store operations and merchandising across 8 Auckland stores and wider North Island.
• Partner with the Community Manager to bring events to life that generate revenue while maintaining core business metrics such as shrink and wage percentage.
