Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Technology.
• Minimum 4 years as Architectural Technologist.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with energy modeling software is a plus.
• Knowledge of SA building regulations and environmental standards.
• Accreditation in green building principles is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation with a focus on sustainable design principles.
• Research and recommend sustainable materials, systems, and technologies for building projects.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to integrate energy-efficient design strategies, water conservation measures, and waste reduction plans.

Requirements

Experience with energy modeling software is a plus. Solid understanding of South African building regulations and environmental standards. Knowledge of sustainable building materials, systems, and construction techniques. Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
