Green by Nature in Wanaka is seeking a qualified arborist to join our permanent, full-time team. Based at the Wanaka depot, you will work hands-on, prune, shape and care for trees, and take ownership of tasks while maintaining equipment.

Competenze

• National Certificate in Arboriculture - Level 3 or equivalent required.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude towards safety in all tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, cooperative, and maintains positive working relationships.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.

Mansioni

• Pruning, shaping and ongoing tree care work.
• Tree removals and reductions as required.
• Maintenance of all tools and equipment used by the team.

We are looking for a Qualified Arborist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Based at our Wanaka depot, you will be reporting to theSenior Arborist,contributing to the arb team's day-to-day activities to achieve excellence and pride in what they do. You will maintain a hands-on approach, taking ownership of all areas of responsibility which include but not limited pruning, shaping and tree care, tree removals, tree reductions and maintenance of all tools and equipment.

About you

• National Certificate in Arboriculture - Level 3 (or equivalent) and have a proven practical experience.
• You will demonstrate a positive attitude towards working safely.
• You will be reliable, punctual, cooperative, and maintain positive working relationships.
• You will have excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
• You will be committed to being part of a wider team with a strong work ethic.
