Recreational Services in Wanaka is seeking a Qualified Arborist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based at the Wanaka depot, you will work under the Senior Arborist and contribute to day-to-day arborist activities, including pruning, shaping, tree care, removals and equipment maintenance.

The role offers training, a supportive team culture, and promotional opportunities for the right people. A Wellness benefit and development opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• National Certificate in Arboriculture - Level 3 (or equivalent) and proven practical experience.
• Positive attitude toward working safely.
• Reliable, punctual, cooperative, and maintains positive working relationships.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
• Committed to being part of a wider team with a strong work ethic.

Mansioni

We are looking for a Qualified Arborist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Based at our Wanaka depot, you will be reporting to the Senior Arborist, contributing to the arb team's day-to-day activities to achieve excellence and pride in what they do. You will maintain a hands-on approach, taking ownership of all areas of responsibility which include but not limited pruning, shaping and tree care, tree removals, tree reductions and maintenance of all tools and equipment.

About you

• National Certificate in Arboriculture - Level 3 (or equivalent) and have a proven practical experience.
• You will demonstrate a positive attitude towards working safely.

• You will have excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
• You will be committed to being part of a wider team with a strong work ethic.
