We're seeking an experienced Systems Support Analyst with strong financial services technology experience to support and enhance the applications that underpin our wealth management and investment operations.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of business-critical systems including CRM platforms, order management systems, integrations, APIs and automation services. Working closely with business users, vendors and technical teams, you'll resolve complex issues, drive continuous improvement and help ensure the reliability and performance of systems that are fundamental to client and operational outcomes.
