Job summary

Apac in Auckland, New Zealand is seeking a seasoned leader to manage the APAC business and Operations team, overseeing planning, resourcing and execution of the strategy to optimise commercial outcomes for both APAC and its growers.

You will build strong relationships with growers and stakeholders, manage assets including production and coolstore facilities, forklifts and buildings, and champion a proactive health and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading a horticultural or similar business.
• Ability to execute a business plan while identifying opportunities for future growth.
• Negotiation and problem resolution experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership and flexibility for weekend work during seasonal demands.
• Right to work in New Zealand.
