Job summary

World Animal Protection is seeking a Direct Channels Fundraiser for ANZ to lead direct fundraising activities, including mail and telemarketing, in coordination with internal teams and external suppliers. This role blends local fundraising expertise with global collaboration to improve campaign delivery across the organisation.

You will ensure campaigns comply with local legislation and deliver timely, effective results, reporting to the Direct Channels Lead within Growth & Engagement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering direct fundraising campaigns (direct mail, telemarketing).
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, production, fulfilment and supporter-response handling.
• Experience managing fundraising suppliers or other operational delivery partners.
• Knowledge of fundraising legislation, regulation and industry codes for the ANZ market.
• Strong stakeholder management, organisation and project-management skills.
• Ability to identify operational issues and implement practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct mail, telemarketing and other direct fundraising activity in ANZ.
• Adapt global fundraising products for local market effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with fulfilment, mailing, telemarketing and other suppliers.
• Coordinate campaign production, fulfilment and supporter-response handling to standards.
• Ensure activity complies with local legislation, regulation and industry codes.
• Monitor delivery and performance, resolve issues and share learning for future activity.
