ERoad is a global fleet management technology company seeking a Mobile Developer to strengthen its Android engineering team. You will own the Android experience, building native apps with Kotlin and Java, and work close to the platform with coroutines and platform APIs.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in Java and Kotlin for native Android development.
• Proficient with coroutines and concurrency in production code.
• Solid understanding of the Android API, native ABI and security concepts.
• Comfortable with the Android application lifecycle and platform-specific APIs.
• Experience building Android apps without relying on application frameworks.
• Strong Kotlin fundamentals including lambdas, extension functions and higher-order functions.
• Familiar with version control, Git preferred.

• Build and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Work directly with coroutines to handle concurrency across the app.
• Build apps close to the Android API and native ABI, without heavy frameworks.
• Apply understanding of the Android lifecycle and platform APIs to keep the app reliable and secure.
