Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking an Analytics & AI Consultant to join the New Zealand Data & Analytics team in Auckland or Wellington. You will own the analytics and reporting layer seen by clients—Power BI, semantic models and data storytelling—while helping customers adopt practical, front-end AI on trusted data.

You'll work as the key link between business and technical teams, run workshops, shape requirements, and stay hands-on with Microsoft Fabric and Azure, lifting the team's analytics and AI

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering analytics/BI in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Experience designing dimensional and semantic data models and building Power BI semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Design and build analytics and reporting solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• Lead workshops, shape requirements, and bridge business questions with technical teams.
• Support AI enablement and governance initiatives for clients.
