Argenta is seeking an Analytical Supervisor to lead the Starting Materials QC team in South Auckland. You will manage a team of analytical chemists, ensure GMP-compliant material release, and provide technical testing expertise in HPLC, GC and wet chemistry.

We are looking for an Analytical Supervisor to lead our Starting Materials QC team, who are dedicated to testing all raw materials and packaging used in the commercial manufacturing of animal health products. Working days are Monday to Friday. Reporting directly to the Head of QC, you will lead a team of analytical and review chemist, with support from Technical Leads.
Your key focus areas will be to lead, develop, and empower your team while working collaboratively to ensure the efficient release of starting materials compliant with GMP regulations. As a people leader, you will provide technical expertise in analytical testing of pharmacopeia, HPLC, GC and wet chemistry, while actively completing documentation updates, laboratory investigations and report writing. As a champion of health, safety, and quality, you will drive continuous improvement projects within your team to keep us one step ahead.
We are looking for a multitasker with excellent people leadership skills, including proven experience leading a medium-sized team.
