Qualifications

  • Secondary-level education completed.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement knowledge is a plus.
  • SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and proactive problem solving.
  • Current driver’s licence required.
  • F endorsement and OSH certificate would be an advantage.
  • Team-based attitude and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble our company products within expected quality parameters.
  • Carry out testing to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide peer training and support, including managing tasks to meet the production plan.
  • Receive materials against quality control inspection standards and dispatch finished goods and spares as required.
  • Support accurate inventory cycle counts, stock counts, and stock movements.
  • Maintain all documentation in accordance with company and relevant quality standards.
  • Identify, document, assess, and control hazards and environmental aspects per EHS procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements.
  • Assist in developing EHS objectives, targets, and performance indicators.

This team plays a key role in ensuring customer commitments are met through the delivery of high-quality products and efficient production support. In this role, you will assemble our company products within expected quality parameters, carry out testing to ensure quality standards are met, and support the management of production tasks to meet the production plan. You will also assist with material receipting, dispatch of finished goods and spares, inventory counts, and peer training and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Environmental Health and Safety Identify, document, assess, and control hazards and environmental aspects in your area in accordance with EHS procedures
  • Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements
  • Assist in the development of EHS objectives, targets, and performance indicators, and support EHS improvement projects
  • Ensure employees receive the EHS information, instruction, training, and supervision needed to work safely and without significant risk to health or the environment
  • Compile EHS reports as required by senior management, regulatory authorities, and others
  • Identify and record EHS monitoring requirements and implement appropriate monitoring
  • Ensure scheduled audits and inspections are completed and necessary corrective actions are developed and closed out
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Secondary level education
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement would be an advantage
  • Computer literate, with SAP experience an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive approach to challenges and problem solving
  • Current driver’s licence
  • F endorsement and OSH certificate would be an advantage
