Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley invites applications for 2 x Permanent Anaesthesia Registrar positions in the Wellington region. These training posts are aligned with ANZCA; rotations include Wellington Regional, Kenepuru and Hutt Valley Hospitals with run preferences considered in letters.

Registrars participate in the Central New Zealand Rotational Anaesthetic Training Program, with weekly teaching and access to a high‑quality simulation suite.

Competenze

• Must have at least 6 months previous experience in Anaesthesia in an accredited training position.
• Must have completed ANZCA Introductory Training or equivalent.
• Eligibility for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of NZ.
• NZ or Australian citizen/resident or valid visa to live and work in NZ.

Mansioni

• Rotational anaesthesia training across Wellington Regional and Hutt Valley Hospitals.
• Attend weekly teaching sessions and participate in the Central New Zealand Rotational Anaesthetic Training Program.
• Collaborate with supervisors to progress toward FANZCA/FCICM, based on training needs.
