Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operational management and people leadership experience, ideally in regulatory/compliance environments.
• Experience leading frontline regulatory teams and delivering risk-based regulatory activity.
• Strong planning and delivery skills for competing priorities and resource allocation.
• Sound judgement for complex, evidence-based decisions.
• Understanding of risk-based regulation and compliance practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a frontline AML/CFT regulatory team.
