Responsibilities

• Provide site support on demand to meet team needs.
• Assist social workers to enter notes into CYRAS and other systems.
• Safely transport tamariki and rangatahi between locations.
• Support Family Group Conferences with setup and admin tasks.
• Assist with care of tamariki during placement transitions.
• Arrange logistics for tamariki and transitions.
• Support tamariki at school during settling in or return from absence.
• Conduct supervised visits and write contact notes.
• Foster cooperative working relations with internal and external partners.
