Job summary

AB Equipment is seeking an experienced Service Technician to maintain a variety of Ground Support Equipment at Queenstown Airport. The role involves hands-on mechanical work, electrical fault-finding, and occasional off-airport projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanic/technician with a strong hands-on approach.
• Ability to work on light to heavy mechanical equipment and GSE.
• Willingness to learn new plant and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a range of Ground Support Equipment and airport plant.
• Handle on-call rosters and after-hours work when required.
• Support the service team across Queenstown Airport and surrounding areas.
