Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a qualified Mechanic for a full-time, 40-hour week in Queenstown. You’ll service and repair fleet vehicles to manufacturer specs, perform diagnostics, and maintain a safe, compliant workshop environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 4 Motor Mechanics qualification, a full driver's license, and experience with petrol and diesel engines. The role offers a stable schedule with uniform and parking provided and internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Motor Mechanics (Level 4 minimum).
• Experience with petrol and diesel motors.
• Customer-focused and adaptable attitude to work.

Responsibilities

• Servicing vehicles per manufacturer specifications and standards.
• Carry out repairs and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose and test to identify functionality problems.
