Job summary

Craigs Investment Partners is seeking a structured, curious business analyst to help identify and prioritise AI use cases, design future-state processes and support prototype development. This role is based in Tauranga, NZ, working across the business to ensure solutions are useful, reliable and deliver measurable value for clients and Craigs.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in business analysis or related role.
• Experience capturing and prioritising requirements and documenting workflows.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across business and technical audiences.
• Exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Craigs teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Maintain a structured use case register and prioritise opportunities based on value, feasibility, strategic alignment and complexity.
• Map current processes and design future-state workflows with AI Agent capabilities.
• Partner with AI Engineers to support prototyping, define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing.
• Present demonstrations, testing outcomes and production-readiness recommendations to programme leaders and the AI Agent Sub-Committee.
• Develop training and communication materials, support end-user adoption and transition to BAU.
• Define success measures and track benefits through post-deployment reviews.
