Fusion5 is seeking an experienced AI Knowledge Engineer to shape the knowledge foundations behind intelligent AI agents in complex enterprise environments. You’ll translate domain knowledge into structured, trusted context that agents can use in production.

Working with domain experts and engineers, you’ll design ontologies, knowledge graphs and semantic models, establish data governance, and drive reusable patterns across the Applied Intelligence practice while leading technical delivery.

Qualificações

Hands-on experience designing and delivering ontologies, knowledge graphs and semantic models in complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of entity identity, relationships, source mappings, model validation and versioning.
Practical experience with graph or semantic query languages such as Cypher, SPARQL or GQL.
Experience with data governance, including cataloguing, lineage, classification, access control and privacy.
Knowledge of platforms such as Neo4j, Microsoft Fabric IQ, Databricks Genie Ontology, Unity Catalog, Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation or Atlan.
Understanding of how LLM agents use context, grounding and retrieval, including evaluating responses when information is missing or conflicting.
Ability to work with business experts to translate complex domain knowledge into practical, implementable models.
Experience leading technical delivery and mentoring others, with adaptability and fast delivery cycles.

Responsabilidades

You’ll work closely with domain experts, data and integration engineers, platform teams and agent engineers to model how businesses operate and engineer the knowledge agents need to interpret information and support decisions.
You’ll design ontologies, knowledge graphs and semantic models, establish source mappings and governance, connect structured and unstructured knowledge, and ensure agent context is accurate, traceable and production-ready. You’ll also help establish modelling standards and reusable knowledge patterns across our Applied Intelligence practice.
