Job summary

EY New Zealand is seeking Consultants, Senior Consultants or Managers in Business Transformation to help organisations solve complex challenges and deliver measurable value through operating model design, service improvement and AI-enabled change.

You’ll work across government, healthcare, public and private sectors from EY offices nationwide with travel to client sites; flexible hours may apply. The role supports development and growth within a globally connected firm.

Qualifications

• Consultants bring curiosity, adaptability and strong analytical skills, with experience contributing to projects, transformation initiatives or business improvement outcomes.
• Senior Consultants demonstrate experience delivering consulting, transformation or change-related work, with stakeholder engagement, facilitation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Managers bring leadership experience, ability to manage complex transformation programmes and build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Consultants contribute to the analysis, design and delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Senior Consultants lead workstreams, engage stakeholders and translate challenges into strategies and AI-enabled solutions.
• Managers oversee delivery of complex work packages, mentor teams and manage client relationships.
