Job summary

Randstad Digital New Zealand seeks an experienced Delivery Lead in Wellington to support the Data & Technology workstream within a large programme. The role focuses on embedding new ways of working across teams and AI-native engineering practices, with a contract through June 2027.

You will drive modern delivery practices, coordinate planning and dependencies, and lead workshops while balancing strategy with hands-on delivery support across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery transformations and enablement initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead product delivery in agile environments.
• Strong focus on engineering enablement and modern software delivery.
