Job summary

Immersve in New Zealand is hiring a technical onboarding engineer to configure partner programmes in our platform, including card products, funding, KYC, and spend controls. You will own the configuration accuracy and serve as the partner's main technical contact.

You will be the go-to person for integration questions, intercept issues in test and production, and help drive end-to-end certification before live transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience as the technical point of contact during an integration.
• Fluent with REST APIs and webhooks; able to debug an unimplemented integration.
• Ability to write and maintain scripts (Python, TypeScript, or Go).
• Clear and concise written communication.
• Organised with multiple partners in flight.

Responsibilities

• Configure partner programmes in our platform, test and production setups.
• Be the partner's technical counterpart and answer questions about flows and provisioning.
• Run technical certification tests end-to-end before live deployment.
• Debug across a deep stack to resolve declined authorisations quickly.
• Automate repetitive setup tasks and own runbooks.
