Job summary

Halter is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own intent-driven demand globally, focusing on Google Ads, SEO, and AI search. You’ll manage budgets, maintain asset hygiene, and shape organic presence end-to-end across NZ, AU, and US markets.

You’ll partner with content and website owners on SEO content, landing pages, and technical fixes, driving qualified leads with minimal waste and reporting on CPL and CAC to optimize spend.
