Job summary

Datacom Connect is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to drive high‑impact initiatives across New Zealand and Australia. You will own complex programmes from inception to delivery, ensuring outcomes meet quality, value, and performance targets.

You’ll lead governance, manage budgets and resources, and oversee multiple workstreams while leveraging AI to deliver technology projects. A strong emphasis on stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing programmes in a customer environment.
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks is advantageous.
• Proven ability to deliver technology and business transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Self-motivated with a focus on delivering outcomes across multiple projects.
• Proven experience managing large, complex programmes in consulting or customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programmes from inception to delivery.
• Oversee governance and delivery, establishing and managing project operations and ensuring quality across multi‑platform IT environments.
• Lead project design, planning, and scheduling for applications and infrastructure, aligning with timelines and requirements.
• Define, source, and manage resources; prepare and monitor budgets; track financial performance and benefits.
• Identify and control risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; manage change plans.
