Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to join ICT Data. You will bridge business teams and technology to help people explore and gain value from AI tools, delivering practical guidance and demonstrations.

You will identify opportunities, support adoption, and develop reusable AI guidance while collaborating with governance and security teams to ensure safe usage across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adoption of digital, AI, analytics or productivity technologies in a business environment.
• Strong hands-on capability with generative AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Good facilitation, presentation, written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities, risks and limitations into clear, practical guidance for non-technical users.
• Ability to understand business problems and help identify practical AI-enabled improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and implement AI use cases to improve productivity and knowledge access.
• Support adoption of enterprise AI tools across the organisation with ICT teams.
• Deliver practical demonstrations, office hours, learning sessions and workshops.
• Create guidance, playbooks, FAQs and reusable AI patterns.
• Coordinate AI Key Users and participate in a community of practice.
• Collaborate with governance, security, privacy, legal and tech teams for safe AI adoption.
• Translate prerequisites into practical guidance for non-technical users.
• Advise on AI use in analytics and knowledge tools (e.g., Power BI Copilot).
