Job summary

Catalyst Performance Agronomy in North Otago, Oamaru, is hiring a Store & Logistics Support person for a Monday–Friday role, with occasional Saturdays. The position offers entry-level training and a chance to grow in the agriculture industry.

You’ll support deliveries, warehouse tasks, and collaborate with agronomists while learning the broader business. A driver’s licence is essential; forklift is a plus.

Qualifications

• A current, full Class 1 driver’s licence is required.
• Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support on-farm deliveries across North Otago, recording proof of delivery.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations including goods in/out, picking and packing, stocktakes.
• Collaborate with agronomists to understand wider agronomy business.
• Perform general warehouse duties and follow health and safety practices.
