Westpac New Zealand Ltd. is hiring an Agribusiness Manager to lead a portfolio of agribusiness customers in Ashburton or Timaru.
You will work with credit analysts to deliver financial solutions and build trusted advisor relationships, while growing client coverage. The role requires a tertiary qualification in Agribusiness or Finance and banking/lending experience, with a focus on agribusiness lending and risk awareness.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a varied portfolio of Agribusiness customers. Working closely with your credit analysts and product partners, you will develop and deliver the best strategy and financial solutions using innovation and insight to truly add value and become a trusted advisor. You will develop new and existing relationships with key customers, provide expert lending advice and financial solutions, drive efficiencies and create deeper client coverage and engagement.
Your proactive work ethic will ensure you are able to build better solutions for our Agribusiness customers. You will have a passion for the agribusiness industry, be tertiary qualified with either an Agribusiness or Business discipline and have relevant banking/lending, business or farming experience.
