Job summary

Ravensdown Feilding Store seeks an Agri Manager to act as a trusted advisor to farmers, helping optimize soil, pasture, crops and animals with environmentally sustainable practices.

You will spend significant time on-farm across dairy, cropping, and sheep/beef customers, building relationships, identifying needs, and delivering tailored solutions that add value for shareholders and the land.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience engaging with customers, driving sales growth.
• Solid knowledge of farming systems and soil fertility.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Awareness of New Zealand environmental policies affecting farming.
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field preferred.

Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to help shape the future of farming? We're on the lookout for a driven, customer-focused Agri professional to join our team at our Feilding Store.

As an Agri Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to farmers, helping them get the best from their soil, pasture, crops, and animals while guiding them towards environmentally sustainable practices. You'll play a vital role in reducing environmental impacts and unlocking value from the land through expert nutrient advice, innovative services, and top-quality products.

This is a role where every day counts – you'll spend most of your time on farm, building strong relationships, identifying needs, and delivering tailored solutions that make a real difference. Your region will cover predominantly dairy and cropping with some sheep and beef customers across the region.
