Job summary

Bupa Cambridge is seeking a Caregiver to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team. You will assist with mobility, maintain care records, encourage social activities, and help create a warm, safe environment for residents.

Hold a Level 0-4 Caregiving qualification with medication competency, bring aged care experience, and demonstrate strong communication. You must have the right to work in New Zealand and be available for a fixed-term contract ending 14 August 2027, with a rotating 32-hour week

Qualifications

Hold a Level 0-4 Caregiving qualification with current medication competency and a strong understanding of safe medication practices.
Bring proven experience in aged care or a comparable healthcare environment.
Exhibit genuine passion for supporting the elderly.
Possess confident communication and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Hold legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

Assist with mobility in line with individual care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely care documentation.
Encourage residents to engage in social activities and community life.
Help create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and your teammates.
