You will work closely with the Diversional Therapist to create and run varied activities for residents, understand their needs, and encourage participation while ensuring a safe, well‑governed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating activities for residents.
• Empathy for the elderly and ability to engage with diverse residents.
• Excellent communication and IT skills are required.
• A vibrant, energetic personality helps create engaging activities.
• A clean NZ driver's licence is required.
• Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• All applicants must have full working rights in New Zealand.
